Аннотация


This article presents the results of the elaboration of the new method of quantitive analysis of polyhexamethyieneguanidme salts. The relationship between intensiveness of fluorescence and the presence of ADN, ethydium bromide and polyhexamethyleneguanidine in the solution was studied. As the result the method of titrimetric analysis of polyhexamethyleneguanidine salts using ADN-ethydium bromide complexes and the spectrofluorimetre like the indicative mean was invented. This method was applied for the determination of active substance content in the industrial sample of polyhexamethyleneguanidine phosphate.
